We determine shipping charges based on the weight of the
items to be shipped, the shipping destination and the shipping
method. You will be able to calculate shipping charges
when you add items to the shopping bag.
To find out if your order can be canceled please contact
us. Please note that there is no
guarantee that you can cancel the order. In most cases,
if the order has not shipped yet, it is not a problem
to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. See return

Please inspect your merchandise and its packaging within
48 hours of receipt and contact
us immediately to arrange for a replacement or credit. For
more information please review the return policy.
Product returns must be reported within 7 days of
receiving the merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without
prior authorization. All returned items must include
original packing materials and the merchandise must be
in unused, saleable condition. Shipping charges to or
from belcantoliving.com will not be reimbursed. In order
to return a product you need to contact
us to obtain authorization.
Belcantoliving.com reserves
the right to refuse shipments that do not have a valid
RMA number. Upon receipt of the shipment, belcantoliving.com
will contact you via e-mail to confirm your website
shopping credit.
For unauthorized returns and refused orders a
25% restocking fee plus freight charges will be applied.
Belcanto & belcantoliving.com is a California based company and we are required by law to collect sales tax for California residents (7.75%).
